In this video, Ian and I tag team the installation of the HRG Offroad 1.5 inch kit on his 2017 Mazda CX-5. This kit fits ALL CX-5 from 2012-up, AWD and FWD models included. Overall, this is a very easy job, even easier than the Bronco Sport. The front takes the most time at approximately 20-30 minutes per side. The back takes approximately 5 minutes. The additional ground clearance is extremely helpful for the CX-5 which has somewhat poor approach, depart, and breakover angles in stock form. No more bottoming out or scraping the front bumper!! We can’t wait to add more products to our lineup for the CX-5! We went with a 245/65/17 tire, which is approximately 29.5 inches. 30 inch tires will fit with some trimming. In this video I show how to install a 2 inch HRG lift kit on a 2008 Porsche Cayenne. These cars are surprisingly easy to work on, except for a few hard to reach bolts. The end result looks amazing though. The Cayenne has proven to be a formidable off-road machine and the addition of a lift kit and larger tires makes it even more capable. In this video, I show a step by step installation of the HRG Offroad 1.5 inch lift kit on a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend. The installation took about 2.5 hours and came out great! In this video, we perform the installation of an HRG 3 inch ultimate lift kit on a 2007 Honda Pilot. I honestly did not expect to get a full 3 inches out of it because the car has so many miles, but it did end up a bit over 3. It is always a good idea to inspect your suspension bushings, shock absorbers, bump stops, and sway bar links before doing the install, as it is easier to replace those while it is apart. In this video, I show how to install an HRG 2″ lift kit on a 2001 Subaru Forester. The procedure shown applies to most Subaru models from this era. I did not realize the camera was pointed toward the ground until I edited the footage, so bear with me on that! I had to improvise quite a bit.
